23層的Arbour酒店公寓位于芭提雅市中心，周圍環(huán)繞著一些小型建筑。設(shè)計(jì)理念是將自然融入城市環(huán)境，從規(guī)劃階段就開始考慮到如何對(duì)周圍建筑造成最小的影響。
The 23-story Arbour Hotel and Residence in the heart of Pattaya is surrounded by existing smaller buildings. The design concept was to integrate nature into the urban environment, with consideration towards causing minimal impact on the surrounding buildings right from the planning stage.

因其建筑占地面積較小，可最大限度地減少施工期間對(duì)鄰居的干擾，如噪音和振動(dòng)等，且完工后盡可能地減少風(fēng)和陽光的阻礙。
A small building footprint minimizes disturbances to neighbors during construction, such as noise and vibration, as well as after completion, such as obstruction of wind and sunlight.

建筑周圍的綠地使自然更接近社區(qū)，建筑立面提供了垂直的綠色空間，且增強(qiáng)和改善了城市美學(xué)。
